At Luxe + Legacy Co. LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make an exchange, we’re happy to help under the following guidelines:
Exchanges
• Items may be exchanged for a different size, style, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition they were received, with original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Store Credit
• If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full amount (minus any shipping costs).
• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Final Sale Items
• All custom designs, seasonal items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, changed, or canceled once purchased. Because each item is made-to-order, materials are purchased specifically for your design at the time of your order, and no modifications or cancellations can be accommodated after the order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including size, color, spelling, and personalization, before submitting their order. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, design placement, or fabric may occur. All turnaround times begin once the order is finalized, and we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right!
